Beyond Birth Midwifery Care,
LLC is open M-F 8am-6pm. A midwife is available during
these times for phone calls and scheduled appointments.
Our office is closed on weekends,
however phone messages will be retrieved and answered.
Weekend appointments may
be available given prior notice.
Home visits average approximately
1 1/2 hours when both mom and baby are seen. Follow-up
phone calls are offered on a limited basis for issues
addressed during the home visit. Additional phone consultations
or follow-up home visits are offered at our prorated
hourly rate of $180/hour.

PAYMENT
Payment is expected at the time of visit. We accept
VISA, MC, American Express, Personal check, cash.
 
INSURANCE
We do not accept insurance for payment although many
insurance companies will reimburse you after your visit.

Beyond Birth Midwifery Care,
LLC is a Limited Liability Company providing postpartum
home visits by Certified Nurse Midwives. Our visits,
which offer a professional assessment of both the new
mom and the new baby, are done on a fee for service
basis. We will generate a superbill with appropriate
coding which can be submitted to your insurance company.
Reimbursement will vary depending
on your benefits, so check with your own carrier. A
referral from both your obstetric and pediatric providers
will be necessary in order to have both visits reimbursed;
but a referral is not necessary in order to take advantage
of our services.
Comprehensive Exams:
For both mother and baby = $180
For mom only = $100
For baby only = $100
Revisit exams are prorated
at $180/hour in 20 minute increments.
Prices include travel to
homes inside Boulder city limits. Mileage reimbursement
for locations outside the city of Boulder will be billed
at $0.43/mile. |
